Shipping & Cancellations

 Do You Provide Self Pickup Services?

 

Yes you can always pick up your item at our studio at My Apparel Zoo B2-1-12 Publika Solaris Dutamas 1, Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480. Simply click ‘Store Pick Up' when you check out from our shopping cart.

 

 

How Long Does It Normally Take To Ship Out Items Once Payment Is Made?

 

If orders are ready stock, they will be processed and shipped within 2 working days, weekends and public holidays are excluded. For domestic orders within Klang Valley, all order will be shipped with POSLAJU for free. If items are on Pre Order, the description box of  each items will notify how long it will take for the order to reach you

( Please allow a few extra days unless specified ).

 

Is Tracking Service Available?

 

At My Apparel zoo we aim to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible so we provide tracking service for all domestic orders (Peninsular Malaysia) free of charge. The tracking number will be sent to you electronically once it’s been shipped out of our HQ. You may track your parcel with a link provided via email after your purchase. 

 

How Long Will It Take For My Items To Arrive?

 

For all domestic orders, please allow 3-5 business days for shipment to arrive unless items are on Pre-orders . This is just a guiding reference but at My Apparel Zoo we try to ship your order out as soon as possible.

 

Can I Add A Note To My Delivery?

 

If you have special requests relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate this when required on the delivery details page as you are checking out. Or simply revert back to our contact us page and email us your special request.

 

What If My Item Did Not Arrive?

 

In very rare cases an order may be lost or stolen in the post. Unfortunately this is beyond the control of My Apparel Zoo. All domestic orders will have a tracking number and are shipped via PosLaju and International orders via Malaysian Registered mail. Signature will be required for international deliveries and tracking orders.

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

 

Yes you can, simply contact us via the customer support page. Indicate your order no# and item of cancellation. Cancellation of orders must be done 3 hours after purchase. Any later then that, your order will then be sent through our system for clearing. 

 

International Shipping

 

My Apparel Zoo ships worldwide. All international orders are shipped using either TNT or TresGO (International registered mail) or PosLaju (Domestic Shipping). International shipping service can take up to 3 weeks depending on the country of shipment. PosLaju is Malaysia’s local shipping company and delivers within 2-4 business days. Signature will also be required for both shipping service. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate as follows:

For our international customers, all prices quoted on our site are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and will be charged in MYR. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs/import duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
