Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we do provide international delivery. There will be charges for delivery. Kindly refer to our
Shipping & Cancellations page for further details.
How do I return an item?
To return an item simply contact us with your concerns and reasoning for returning the item. State "Return Item" as the subject on the email. Once our customer support team gets back to you with a confirmation you may then contact your chosen courier service. (I.E Poslaju for local shipment or DHL for international) and ship your item back to the return department stated above. Once you have shipped your item please notify us by email at email@example.com of your return shipment with a tracking number.
What is your returns policy?
Return items must be kept in the same condition as it was packaged. Return Items must be shipped no later than 1 week from the received date. If the return item is faulty My Apparel Zoo will offer an exchange for a different item of the same value or cash refund.
How do I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number and website link via email once your item as been shipped. You will be able to trace your item via the link.
